Aunty Eden tutors our Children’s Theatre 3A class.

From an early age Eden has been actively involved in the arts. A ‘triple threat’, Eden acts, sings and dances.

A former student of Mustardseed, Eden gained a distinction in CSEC Theater Arts and also holds a distinction in English literature and Business Studies at CSEC. Eden’s educational background has enabled her to engage her artistic side and business gifts not only as an actress but as a stylist, music video director and make-up artist.

Eden studied in Jamaica at the prestigious Edna Manley School for the Visual and Performing Arts in the area of Dram Education. During her time at Edna Manley, she delved into areas of study like Ethics, Gender Studies, Abnormal Psychology and her favourite of all, Cultural Studies.

Eden was part of a team that created and delivered a Theatre Arts curriculum based on the Hon. Marcus M. Garvey to both secondary and primary schools where there were no Theater Arts programmes. The Drama in Schools Project was facilitated via the National Cultural Foundation (Barbados) and funded by the Pan-Africian Association of Barbados.

The arts have provided a place for Eden to learn, evolve and heal and she is committed to developing environments that create a safe place for individuals to learn, grow and succeed.
